At around 9:30 Saturday night authorities received a phone call from a resident that her brother was out of control and fighting her father. Washington Police and Washington Sheriff’s Deputies responded and arrested 23-year-old Owen Wallace Lillie of Washington on charges of domestic abuse assault. One person was transported to Washington County Hospital and Clinics. Lillie was taken to the Washington County Jail.
