KCII general manager Joe Nichols encourages the community to visit the events on the Summer Town Tour, “I’ve enjoyed doing the Summer Town Tours because, although there’s a lot of similarities every town is unique in what they do. So there’s always good fun, and there’s parades, and things for the entire family to enjoy. From usually the start of the day, a lot of them start with runs in the morning and finish with music and entertainment in the evenings, and all day long just a bunch of entertainment. So every one of them is different, like I said a lot of similarities, but they’re all unique.
