Belle Plaine picked up a South Iowa Cedar League win over the Keota softball team on Monday winning 15-0 in three innings.

The Eagles gave up three runs in the first, two in the second, and the floodgates opened with a 10 run third for the Plainsmen. Jill Schulte had the lone Eagle hit and Taylor Garman managed a walk. Macie McDonald was the losing pitcher in 2 1/3 innings worked giving up eight earned runs on 10 hits.

Keota is now 0-12 and search for their first win tomorrow traveling to face English Valleys.
