Three men facing sexual abuse charges had their preliminary hearings at the Washington County Courthouse this week. The three men are 28-year-old Ryan Craig Montgomery of New Sharon, 21-year-old Lucas Benjamin Anderson of Rose Hill, and 21-year-old Parker Jay Davis of New Sharon. Each man faces a charge of sexual abuse in the second degree for an incident that occurred on June 4, 2017 in Washington County. Each will be in court again on July 12th for arraignment. The three were arrested separately but all on June 8th in Mahaska County.
