Fire crews responded to a rural call of a swine building on fire north of Brighton Friday afternoon. At about 1 p.m. dispatch was notified of the fire. Fire fighters from Washington and Brighton Fire Departments responded with multiple trucks. The call for assistance was in the 1600 grid of 270th Street. At the scene, KCII News witnessed crews entering and exiting a hog building, but there was no smoke or flames visible. Emergency crews left the site at about 1:30 p.m.
