A Kalona woman was arrested in Marion County. According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, 39-year-old Teresa Lynn Brooks was arrested for driving while license revoked, the manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance; and dark windows or windshield. She was taken to the Marion County Jail in Knoxville.
