A Washington County woman was arrested in regards to an Iowa Workforce Development case. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 12:18 p.m. Wednesday, authorities went to the 400 block of Railroad Street in Ainsworth and arrested 58-year-old Donna Mae Svatos of Ainsworth. Svatos had a Washington County warrant out for her arrest for fraudulent practice in the second degree related to an Iowa Workforce Development Case. Fraudulent practice in the second degree is a class D felony. Bond was set at $5,000 cash only. Court records show that the offense happened on December 31st, 2016. A preliminary hearing has been set for July 23rd.
