Two inmates got in a fight in the Washington County Jail early Monday. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 12:09 a.m. two inmates were in a fight. Washington County Sheriff’s personnel arrived and charged 41-year-old Brian Lee Bolin of Des Moines and 25-year-old Joshua Robert Hilgenberg of Des Moines with disorderly conduct.
