Just under a mile of road in Washington is closed Tuesday. According to the Washington County Roads Department, Juniper Avenue between 180th Street and 190th Street is closed for road construction. The work will include fixing the soft spots in the road and treating the top layer of the street. The plan is to complete the work in one day and have the road opened on Wednesday.
