Following an interview with officers, 50-year-old Tracey Alan Lukins of Washington was arrested on multiple charges. Lukins was charged with harassment in the first degree, reckless use of a firearm with property damage, intimidation with a dangerous weapon to provoke, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal mischief in the fifth degree. He was arrested at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Friday. The charges are from an incident that happened on July 21st, where a mailbox near Brighton was shot by a man in a vehicle. Later that night, authorities executed a search warrant at 608 East 2nd Street in Washington. The search was conducted by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from the Washington Police Department and the Department of Natural Resources.
