The KCII Big Red Radio Summer Town Tour comes to a close this weekend by celebrating in Lone Tree. The annual Lone Tree Fall Fest is this Saturday. KCII General Manager Joe Nichols says he likes to see the different festivities across the area during the KCII Big Red Radio Summer Town Tour, “I’ve enjoyed doing the Summer Town Tours because, although there’s a lot of similarities every town is unique in what they do. So there’s always good fun, and there’s parades, and things for the entire family to enjoy. From usually the start of the day, a lot of them start with runs in the morning and finish with music and entertainment in the evenings, and all day long just a bunch of entertainment. So every one of them is different, like I said a lot of similarities, but they’re all unique. And that’s what makes it so much fun and why we wanted to do the Summer Town Tour to begin with.”

The Lone Tree Fall Fest includes a 5k run, a parade, Lone Tree Fire and Rescue water games, an FFA dunk tank, chalk the walk, a car show, human foosball, a pedal tractor pull, live music, and more. Listen to KCII Saturday for live broadcasts from Lone Tree.
