Early voting is now available for the Highland Community School District bond vote. Election day is September 10th for the $3.7 million bond measure. Residents of the school district can vote early by mail or in the auditor’s office during business hours. To request a ballot be mailed to your house, a request form must be completed and turned in to the auditor’s office. Absentee ballot requests must be received in the auditor’s office no later than 5 p.m. August 30th.
