You are invited to come one, come all to Wellman Tuesday for the circus. The Culpepper and Merriweather Circus will perform two shows at the North Park ballfields on August 20th. Showtimes are at 5 and 7:30 p.m. that evening. Tickets are still available for the show and can be purchased at a discounted price from Wellman City Hall and various Wellman and Kalona area businesses. The show features big cats, unicyclists, trapeze, sword balancing, the Russian Swing, contortionists and more. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Wellman Rotary Club and Wellman Chamber of Commerce.
