Due to the holiday on Monday, trash and recycling will be delayed in Washington. The City of Washington announced that with Labor Day on Monday, Johnson County Refuse will be picking up curbside trash and recycling Tuesday through Friday for the week. Everyone’s pick up will be one day later than the normal schedule. It will return to the regular schedule on Monday, September 9th.
