A Washington man has been sentenced to up to 25 years in prison on drug charges. On Friday, 44-year-old Timothy Rudolph was sentenced to prison. According to the Washington County Attorney’s Office, while living at 432 East Monroe Street in Washington, Rudolph possessed methamphetamine, marijuana, and alprazolam with intent to deliver. His residence was raided in February following an investigation by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Washington County Drug Task Force, Washington Police Department and neighboring agencies. Large quantities of drugs, cash, and drug paraphernalia were seized. Rudolph was charged with conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and alprazolam, and two counts of failure to affix a drug tax stamp – four felonies and one aggravated misdemeanor.
