A Washington man was arrested at a local nursing home where he worked and was charged with abuse. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 7:38 p.m. Monday authorities responded to a reported assault at 601 East Polk Street in Washington, the address of Pearl Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center of Washington. Officers arrested 26-year-old David Wayne Croft for intentional dependent adult abuse causing injury. Croft was taken to the Washington County Jail.
