The best salsa in Washington belongs to Karen Dillon. The 20th Annual Tasters Choice Salsa Contest was held at the Washington Farmers’ Market. Visitors of the market could try the different salsa recipes and then vote for their favorites. Karen Dillon won the mild category. Jim Taylor was named the champion in the medium category. And Maria Perez took top marks in the spicy division. Dillon’s was named the overall Tasters Choice winner.
