The Washington Demons kick off Homecoming festivities Monday and the 10 seniors on the Homecoming court have been announced. Queen candidates are Lupita De La Rosa, Taytum Hobscheidt, Sophie Murphy, Abby Voss, and Audrey Wubbena. King candidates are Jadon Crawford, Liam Eldridge, Evan Horak, Brock Sobaski, and Luke Turner.

Principal Erik Buchholz says this year marks a milestone for the school district, “And it is an exciting week, we are actually celebrating our 100th Homecoming. And so we’re looking for an awful lot of fun really with everybody. We want to have a lot of fun with the kids for sure, but we’re hoping that parents and the community get involved with it as well.” The king and queen will be crowned at Spirit Night on Thursday.
