The Lone Tree football team will look for their first win streak of the season tomorrow night when they welcome undefeated Montezuma to town.
The Lions (1-3) are riding high after an upset of #5 New London last week for their first win of the season. Alex Viner had a big day on the ground with 139 rushing yards and four scores. On the season Harmon Miller has thrown for 686 yards and seven touchdowns. That offense will have to keep up with the high-flying Braves (4-0) that average 62 points a game. Eddie Burgess has been hard to stop with 1,202 yards through the air and 532 rushing yards with an eye-popping 29 touchdowns. Cale Yoder will anchor the Lion defense to slow down the Braves, as the senior has 46 tackles.
All of the action begins tomorrow at 7 p.m. in Lone Tree.
