The Winfield-Mt. Union School District held their boom night festivities Wednesday in Winfield including the coronation of the 2019 Homecoming King and Queen. This year’s queen is Lauren Hagge. The king is Ben Hemsworth. Other members of this year’s court include Mary Guillen, Drake Watson, Payton Thornton, Anna Hudson, Juanito Piper, Johndree Harris, Theadora Urias, Jared Arnold, Christian Gerot and Daunte Oepping. This was the latest in a week full of activities including dress up days, a pep rally, homecoming parade and more. Still ahead for the Wolves this week is the annual homecoming football game with New London Friday and the homecoming dance to follow the game.
