The Sigourney FFA students are advancing to state. Earlier in October, the Sigourney FFA traveled to the campus of Muscatine Community College to compete at the Iowa FFA Southeast District Soils Judging contest. The Savages placed third, earning a trip to the state contest. Individually, Mason Moore was fourth place overall and Katherine McLaughlin was sixth. The Sigourney FFA team will compete next at Saturday’s state event at Iowa State University in Ames.
