Celebration of Life services for 97-year-old David Lee Brinning of Washington will be at 11a.m. Friday, November 22nd at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Family will be present from 10-11a.m. Friday. Interment with military honors will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery. A memorial has been established for Hospice of Washington County.
