Area churches are offering free Thanksgiving meals to begin the holiday season. Packwood Christian Church is hosting their annual Thanksgiving Day Dinner at noon on Thursday, November 28th. The meal is free of charge and open to everyone. Reservations can be made by calling 641-919-8884. Holy Trinity Parish in Richmond is having their community Thanksgiving Dinner from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thanksgiving Day, November 28th. Dinner is free but donations will be accepted for local groups.
