A jolly visitor from the North Pole will be in Washington this Saturday to visit with local children. Santa Claus will begin the day filling his belly at Breakfast with Santa at the United Presbyterian Church from 8-10 a.m. The Washington Lion’s Club will be cooking up breakfast while kids prepare their Christmas lists, create crafts, visit with Santa and listen to him read some holiday stories. Breakfast is $6 for adults and $3 for children 3-12 years old.
After that, Santa will visit his headquarters and train set at 120 East Main Street in downtown Washington. Children are welcome to bring their lists, discuss their holidays, and take a photo with Santa Claus between 1-4 p.m. and 7:30-9 p.m.
Santa will also be in Washington 1-5 p.m. December 1st, 7th, and 8th, before flying back to the North Pole to prepare for his Christmas Eve trip around the world.
