It was a busy two-day tournament for the Washington wrestling team over the weekend, as they placed 11th out of 18 teams at a Fort Madison Invitational.

The Demons tallied 221 points while Cedar Rapids Kennedy won the team title with 487. Ayden Frazier was the headliner once again at 160 lbs placing third going 4-2 overall. Justin Simmering placed fourth at 138 lbs going 3-3 and Brandon Dickel was fifth at 132 lbs going 4-2. Other top performances included Brayden Hartman sixth at 285 lbs, Jack Kleese seventh at 106 lbs, and Matt Collett eighth at 126 lbs.

The Demons are off for the holiday break and get back in action January 6th.
