An ambulance spotted a car in a ditch and it resulted in one person being arrested on Sunday morning . According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 6:01 a.m. a Louisa County Ambulance saw a vehicle in the ditch near Yucca Avenue on Highway 92. A Washington County Sheriff’s deputy responded to the scene and requested backup. Officers arrested 29-year-old Taylor Jayne Stout of Washington for assault on a peace officer, operating while intoxicated second offense, interference with official acts, and no driver’s license. Stout was taken to the Washington County Jail.
