The Lone Tree boys basketball team closed a terrific first half of the year with a 6-2 mark. The Lions have done it with impressive offensive numbers. The Lions lead the entire state in 1A with 144 assists. The Lions have been dynamic as a team, knocking down 200 field goals in their first eight games, fifth most in class 1A, their 51 made three pointers are ninth most in 1A. Individually, Keegan Edwards has been the leader for the Lions and is among the best in the state including second in the state with 61 helpers, he is third in the state with 177 total points, and third with 66 made shots.
