Two people were arrested in Trenton on drug charges and one tried to hide from officers in the house. According to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, on Monday at 11:48 p.m. the Henry County Sheriff’s Office was requested by high risk probation and parole officers for assistance in the 400 block of 3rd Street in Trenton. It was found that 24-year-old Abigail Margaret Noel of Trenton and 23-year-old Dallas Michael Garr of Burlington were in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Probation and parole officers had been performing a house check on Noel who is on probation/parole, and found Garr hiding in the house. He was also on probation/parole. Both were arrested and taken to the Henry County Jail.
They’ve each been charged with possession of a controlled substance second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor; possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor; and probation and parole violations, class D felonies.
