A diesel fuel leak happened near Wellman after a truck wrecked Wednesday morning. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 8:18 a.m. a Panama tractor and trailer went into the ditch near Highway 22 and Cedar Avenue. The semi was on its side. The name of the driver was not released. There were no injuries. The Department of Natural Resources was contacted due to a diesel fuel leak from the truck. Washington County Sheriff’s personnel assisted at the scene and the truck was towed by a private company.
