The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk wrestling team finished out the conference dual season last week with the trip to Wilton to meet the Beavers, West Liberty Comets and Durant Wildcats in a quad. The Hawks took down the Wildcats but were in turn beaten by Wilton and West Liberty. In the Hawks win, the stomped Durant 60-24. Mid-Prairie got wins in contested matches from Noah Ford at 126 by fall, Mason Hartley at 145 by fall, and Vinnie Bowlin at 160 by fall.

The Hawks lost their duel with the Comets 42-36. Mid-Prairie had wins in contested matches from Mason Hartley at 145 by 4-1 decision, Vinnie Bowlin at 160 by fall, Ben Meader at 170 by fall and Cory Allen at 182 by 9-2 decision.

Mid-Prairie was also beaten by Wilton 48-36. The Golden Hawks had wins in contested match from Mose Yoder at 113 by fall, Cain Brown at 160 by fall, Isaac Boucher at 195 by fall and Josh Wallington at 220 by fall. The Golden Hawks will next be in action Saturday at the River Valley Conference tournament at Tipton.
