Two Iowans are being monitored for coronavirus. The Iowa Department of Public Health announced Wednesday afternoon that two people are being monitored. They had recently returned from China and are undergoing testing. The two Iowans are currently under voluntary home confinement. The IDPH has not released details on the location of the two individuals.

The 2019 Novel Coronavirus is a strain of coronavirus that was first detected in Wuhan, China. The Centers for Disease Control States the U.S. currently has 11 cases of the virus.
