The hiring of a director for the newly established Washington County Ambulance service will be considered at Tuesday’s Washington County Board of Supervisors meeting. At their last meeting, the supervisors approved offering the position and ranked the top-four candidates, however names were kept confidential. Also on the agenda is an amendment to the fiscal year 2020 county budget, the disbanding of the ambulance advisory committee, a personnel change request from communications office, and a quarterly report from the county engineer. The meeting begins at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Washington County Courthouse.
