Postseason time is officially here for Iowa High School Wrestling teams and Washington makes a trip to Fairfield for sectionals.

The Demons will join Davis County, Fairfield, Keokuk, Mount Pleasant, and Solon for the meet. Individuals that crack the top two in their weight class will move on to districts next week in Washington and the top two teams advance to Tuesday’s regional dual. The Demons were last on the mat Saturday for the Southern Iowa Classic and Ayden Frazer won a title at 160 lbs. The junior has compiled a 32-4 record on the season. Other top Demon performers include Matt Collett with a 23-14 record, Justin Simmering 22-14, and Brandon Dickel 18-6.

The chance to move on gets underway at 12 p.m. in Fairfield.
