Wednesday’s snow is expected to be followed by falling temperatures and wind chills below zero. According to the National Weather Service, Washington County and the greater KCII-listening area is forecast to receive one to three inches of snow with the heavier snowfall in Jefferson, Henry, and Louisa Counties. Temperatures falling on Thursday will lead into wind chills of 10-20 degrees below zero Thursday night into Friday morning. With such cold conditions, frostbite is possible on exposed skin.
