Area constituents will have the chance to ask their legislators questions directly on Saturday. The legislative briefing hosted by the Washington Chamber of Commerce is being held 10 a.m. to noon at the Washington County Courthouse. State Representatives Jarad Klein and Joe Mitchell, along with State Senators Kevin Kinney and Rich Taylor will be in attendance. Each of the four will give an update on their work at the state capital and will then answer questions from those in the audience. The briefings are held the third Saturday of the month in January, February, and March.
