The City of Wellman will hold a public hearing for their proposed fiscal year budget for 2020-2021. The city estimates that next fiscal year residents will see a 1.77% decrease in the property tax asking, from $10.37902 to $10.24604. Citizens of Wellman will be able to speak at the public hearing on this issue on February 18th at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at city hall.
