Six city-owned residential lots on Galileo Drive in Riverside are being sold. Apex Construction, based out of Iowa City, will purchase all six lots for a total of $212,000. The lots are located north of Cherry Lane between Tupelo Boulevard and Kleopfer Avenue. The Riverside City Council recently hired Kris Westfall of Iowa Realty to sell the lots, which were priced between $35,000 and $45,000 per lot. The closing date for the property will be later in March. Apex Construction’s plans for the lots have not been publicly announced.
