The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office Civil Division has halted all evictions and serving of civil papers until further notice. The only papers that will be served at this time will be protection orders and emergency mental health orders. All evictions will be scheduled for a later date. Plaintiffs will be called and reschedules will be made when it is safe to do so.
