Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and City Hall being closed to the public, the due date for rental registrations in Washington has been postponed. Registration of rental properties should be done before June 1st. The City of Washington’s Rental Inspection Department is reminding landlords and exempt property owners that registration of their non-owner occupied properties will be due. Registration information will be mailed in the next couple of weeks. The forms are also available on the city’s website.
