A semi struck a train overpass west of Washington Thursday morning. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 8:53 a.m. a semi with a load of wood hit the overpass on 250th Street, west of Washington. There was damage to the semi trailer. The driver, who was not named, unloaded the trailer and contacted his company. The railroad company was contacted to assess the bridge. There was over $1,500 in damage, no injuries were reported.
