A Keota woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated third offense, a class D felony, on Tuesday. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 6:24 p.m. an officer stopped a vehicle near Ainsworth at Highway 218 and 220th Street. Two additional officers from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene. The driver, 25-year-old Jovany Reyes Espinoza, was arrested. She was arrested for operating while intoxicated third offense, driving under bar, open container, interference with official acts, and stop sign violation. She was taken to the Washington County Jail.
