One person was taken to the hospital and drug charges are pending following a rollover car wreck on Highway 218 Tuesday night. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 7:10 p.m. a vehicle rolled just south of the English River Bridge in the southbound lanes of Highway 218 near Riverside. The driver was Tyler Stinson of Cedar Rapids. One person was taken by ambulance to the University of Iowa Hospital.

Charges are pending DCI Lab results for operating while intoxicated second offense, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to maintain control.
