A man wanted on a U.S. Marshal warrant ran from officers before being arrested in Washington on Saturday. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 1:46 a.m. officers checked in the 1600 block of North 5th Avenue for 34-year-old Kyle Joseph Boileau. He was wanted on a warrant for probation violation on the original charge of selling synthetic narcotics.

He ran on foot. Officers arrested him and took him to the Washington County Jail. He now also has local charges for interference with official acts.
