A Wayland woman is facing felony theft charges. According to the Washington County Communications Office, on Wednesday 33-year-old Cate Leigh Unternahrer turned herself into the Washington County Jail for a Washington County warrant. She’s charged with ongoing criminal activity, unauthorized use of a credit card over $10,000, and theft in the first degree, a Class C felony. Bond was set at $45,000 cash only.

The charges are tied to an incident that was reported in Washington on August 10th.
