Funeral Mass for 72-year-old Barbara Merz of Cedar Rapids will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, (9/25) at St. Pius X Church in Cedar Rapids. Burial will be at 3:00 p.m. on Friday (9/25) at Holy Trinity Cemeteries – St. Peter and Paul Cemetery in rural Harper. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm on Thursday, (9/24), at St. Peter and Paul Church of Clear Creek in rural Harper. A memorial fund has been established for the Clear Creek Heritage Foundation or Make a Wish Foundation. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Keota is caring for Barbara and her family.
