A van and a farm tractor collided near Kalona early Thursday. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 5:33 a.m. the wreck happened in the 2200 grid of Johnson Washington Road. There were no injuries. The driver of the van was Daniel Coblentz of Kalona. David Hoschstedler of Kalona was operating the tractor. Coblentz was cited for failure to yield half of the roadway.
