A preliminary hearing was held Friday for a man charged with four felonies in Washington County. The hearing was held for 32-year-old Kevin Baldmear Trevino who was arrested in Poplar Bluff, Missouri on October 27th. He faces charges of: unauthorized possession of offensive weapons, class D felony; dominion or control of a firearm or offensive weapon by a felon, a class D felony; controlled substance violation, a class D felony; and possession of a controlled substance third or subsequent offense, a class D felony.
The charges stem from an incident that happened on February 15, 2019. On that date a search warrant was executed in the 400 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington.
He’s being held at the Washington County Jail.
