The leaf vacuum is continuing its rounds in Washington. As trees continue to drop the last of their colorful leaves for the season, the machine is scheduled to pick up leaves through November 25th, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Residents are encouraged to rake leaves to the terrace area of their yards and the leaf vacuum will drive by and pick them up. Do not put leaves in the street as it can cause drainage and traffic issues.
