A Belle Plaine man is dead following a one-vehicle accident Thursday morning just northeast of Marengo in Iowa County.  The Iowa State Patrol reports 21-year-old Dylan Storm Weaver was driving a Jeep Cherokee east on 212 Boulevard near FF Avenue when he lost control and entered the south ditch shortly after 5 a.m. Thursday. Weaver was pronounced dead at the scene about halfway between Marengo and Koszta.  Victor QRS, Iowa County Ambulance Service and Kloster Funeral Home also responded. The accident remains under investigation.
