A Wellman man faces felony domestic abuse charges. According to the Washington County Communications Office, a sheriff’s deputy arrested 61-year-old Marvin Jonas Beachy in Wellman on Friday afternoon. Beachy has been charged with domestic abuse assault impeding air or bloodflow causing bodily injury/willful injury, a class D felony; domestic abuse assault second offense; and harassment in the first degree, an aggravated misdemeanor. The charges stem from an assault that was reported to officials on November 2nd in Wellman.
